Founder, Blorp Blorp · Enterprise Architect
Justin J. Connor is the founder of Blorp Blorp, where he builds enterprise AI and custom software on Foundations™ — the company's platform for AI that answers from an organization's own data, scoped and cited, rather than guessing from the open web. On top of it he has built a growing mesh of products that turn that foundation into working tools. Some solve a specific problem: Legal Discovery gives small and mid-size law firms matter-scoped evidence intelligence, and Patents brings AI-driven analysis to IP and prior-art work. Others run the everyday operations of a business — Docs for collaborative authoring, Requirements and Changes for tracking what a team needs to build and every change to it, Workstreams for automating the pipelines in between, and Broadcast for running social media. Beneath them all sit shared services — Chat, Mail, and Monitor — that give every app messaging, email, and observability out of the box.
He brings more than fifteen years across platform engineering and enterprise transformation. As an independent consultant and through Blorp Blorp, he has delivered Fortune-500 enterprise integrations and digital-transformation programs, solutions engineering for Fortune-500 omni-channel retailers, and enterprise-architecture and modernization work inside a Fortune-100 defense environment — with work spanning the US, Canada, Indonesia, and the Middle East. His engagements cross retail and commerce, defense, hospitality, non-profits, universities, and quantitative finance.
His education includes master's programs at Harvard University and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Irvine. He writes about context management, grounded and defensible AI, and building software that teams can actually trust with real data.
